About

I know what it feels like to sit in the client's chair.

My own therapy journey is what led me to this work — and it's what makes me deeply committed to creating a space where high-achieving individuals can finally slow down, make sense of what they're carrying, and reconnect with themselves. Whether you're a professional navigating burnout, an entrepreneur juggling everything at once, or simply someone living life and trying to make the most of it — I understand how hard it can be to ask for help when the world sees you as someone who has it all together.

That's exactly why I'm here.

My work is grounded in polyvagal-informed therapy — a framework that looks at how your nervous system shapes your emotions, your relationships, and your ability to feel safe in the world. Rather than just talking about your problems, we work together to help your mind and body find a new way of responding to stress, uncertainty, and change.

I blend this with evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring every session to what you actually need. My goal is to help you develop real skills — to regulate your emotions, process difficult experiences, and build the kind of resilience that lasts well beyond our work together.

In addition to therapy, I am a Board Certified Coach (BCC) specializing in wellness, work/life balance, and goal attainment. My coaching approach helps you get clear on what you want, work through what's in the way, and move forward with purpose, focus, and confidence.

Supervision:

Beyond my clinical and coaching practice, I supervise ASWs and MFT associates navigating the path toward licensure and professional growth, as well as providing consultation to licensed LCSWs and MFTs looking to deepen their clinical skills. Supporting the next generation of clinicians is work I find deeply meaningful — bringing the same warmth, curiosity, and intentionality to supervision that I bring to every client session.
